    On a personal note,  Cassandra has three adult children and has been blessed with two bonus children ages 16 and 7.

 

     Cassandra feels one positive aspect of the global pandemic is that it has allowed her multigenerational household to connect in a manner that was not possible before COVID 19--because life was always "busy".  One of her favorite sayings is when life becomes hectic and gets in the way of our best intentions and goals is “breathe in, breathe out, relax.”  Do not forget or ignore self care in this adventure of life.

 

    Cassandra takes pride in being a strong patient advocate and values building strong relationships with her patients based on trust, compassion and honesty. She listens as well as “hears” what the patient is telling her.
